Using drones to perform roof inspection services are safer, quicker, and more convenient to schedule for the property owner/contact. 

There is no cost to enroll in the Slate Roof Inspection Program. You choose the frequency on how often you want an inspection done.  We suggest annual inspections to keep on top of winter damage, necessary repairs and leak prevention, aging elements of your roof, and updating long-term maintenance plans. The fee for inspections starts at $350.00 – $500.  Commercial buildings and out of service area inspections are higher.

We will provide pictures and an assessment on the flashing, brick, and cap on the outside of the chimney.  We do not inspect, repair or clean interior components of chimneys.

Yes, but your roof will have to be clear of snow and ice to get a sufficient view of your roof. 

No one needs to be home for the inspection to take place since we do not need access to the inside of the building. However, you are more than welcome to be in attendance if you wish.

This depends largely on weather and schedules for both the property residents/contact and our crew, so this is a case-by-case basis.

Slate authorities often advise that roofs be inspected and maintained on a yearly basis to avoid further damage, particularly for older slate roofs. However, as the owner of your roof, you may choose any duration of time for your inspection.
